I want to share with you my friends, my favorite designer... my inspiration.

I discovered *Label of hope* through Ebay years ago and I have been in LOVE ever since.

Her creations inspired me to keep on sewing and creating...

Every pieces are unique, made with such attention to details.

Label of hope is a wonderful line for the people who wants to stand out with quality pieces without breaking the bank.

To add value to this clothing line "Label of hope", Hope the designer, seamstress, model, WONDER WOMAN is a sweetheart and I want to thank her for the taking the time to answer few of my questions.

 ~ A thing or two about Hope ~

- Label of hope was launched in 2005, did you start sewing long before that?

Oh yeah, as a kid I'd either rip things apart and make something new or sew things I wasn't allowed to wear like mini skirts and bikinis.

-Is Label of hope your full time job?

Right now it is, but I take other jobs sometimes too if i need to.

-Other then designing and sewing, what are your hobbies?

Reading, eating, goofing around on the computer, and knitting.

-Have you always wanted to be a designer?

Haha, when I was little I'd either pretend I was a waitress or Annie Lennox. Haha, I'm not sure what that says but I'm happy now.

-Do you ever make clothing for yourself?

Of course!

-What is your main source of inspiration? 

So many things! Art, music, asymmetry, geometric shapes, textures... anything and everything!

My etsy find * Minx Shop * Beyond creativity....

First off, I must say that this is NOT MY SHOP...loll
Some of you are familiar with my old Clothing line, called Minx hates you.
I am not related to Minx shop in any way. :)

I wanted to share with you this AMAZING designer because I am in *LOVE* with her creations!!!
She is one of my favorite designer on the "etsy world " and probably one of the best!!!

I heard about her shop a while back when one of my friend mistakenly thought her creations were mine.
It was probably the BEST compliment someone could ever make me. :) I was amazed !!

browsing through her shop and I couldn't find a single piece I didn't love ..
My Favorite design is called : "Whimsically indulgent"

What I personally LOVE about her designs is that they are "vintage" inspired, can be worn any wheres, any days for any occasions.
Her creations are fairly simple but the fact that she pays so much attention to details makes her pieces truly amazing!

My ETSY find * Key Lime Pie Soap Slice *

Today while browsing the "etsy world" I came across this Key Lime Pie Soap Slice.
Everyone who knows me, knows that I am a "handmade" fanatic.
I HAD to share this "find" with my readers :)

I do not own this soap just yet but this will be an item added to my cart on my next etsy buy.

Handmade VEGAN minerals * a Moi Minerals review *

Moi Minerals is a Handmade cosmetic brand with mostly Vegan friendly options made with natural ingredients.
This brand is made in Canada, safe for any age and any skin type.

I have been using Moi minerals for a while now and let me tell you that the quality is HARD TO BEAT for a handmade product. The bronzer is my FAVORITE of all time.


The eye shadows are very pigmented and will last you a very long time.
Moi minerals has a wonderful selection of colors as well as foundations, lig gloss and much much more...

 

Above you will see two of their eyeshadows, the first one (left) is called Raven and the second one Planet green.

Here you see my *FAVORITE OF ALL TIME* Bronzer, This one is called Beach Goddess in medium.  (I don't think they sell the beach goddess anymore). :(

 Here's a swatch photo to show you what the colors really look like when applied to the skin. Starting from the left you see, Darkness, Raven and Planet Green.

I love "Moi minerals" for lots of reasons, to name a few: The QUALITY is great, the customer service is wonderful, great prices and VEGAN friendly!!!

One thing I must point out is that the eye shadows are VERY messy, besides that PERFECT!!!!
